1. Interaction with users:
— providing qualified advice on the technical and financial part of the products, using communication channels: online chat, telephone and email;
— maintaining a client base
— introducing users with the company's products, their features, current promotions and offers;
— providing direct sales with incoming/outgoing chats and calls.
2. Interacting with other departments of the company:
— transmitting queries to resolve technical and financial difficulties of clients;
— reporting problems or bugs identified on supported resources.
