- Previous experience in SEO demonstrating a track record of successful initiatives and strategies (minimum 3 years)
- Detailed understanding of the operation of analytical tools such as Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, GSC, Google Analytics
- Experience as an Affiliate manager (minimum 2 years)
- Experience managing a team of at least 3 people
- Demonstrated experience in the gambling industry, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of its dynamics.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level is a minimum requirement, with the ability to conduct proficient oral and written communication.
- Capability to analyze and evaluate the efficacy of advertising campaigns using foundational metrics, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Understanding of payment models, traffic types, and sales funnel matching parameters, facilitating informed decision-making and optimization strategies.
- Higher education in the field of IT / Digital or advanced training courses
- Foreign language proficiency
- Website-building experience
- Search for Internet sites, and contacts of SEO-specialists in all possible sales channels.
- Work with local SEO-specialists in the presence areas;
- Building a personal brand on online platforms and creating an unobtrusive sales funnel (chats/forums/social networks/blog)
- Maintaining analytical reporting
- Calculation and control of the key indicators of profitability (payback) or unprofitability of placement on the sites
- Active sales at offline events such as conferences, meetups, and meetings
- Active search for direct partners in the network using tools and cold sales
- Working with external contact databases, deal-closing
- Bringing webmasters to launch (making a webmaster “active”)
- Transfer of active webmasters to accounting
- Reporting
