Project manager (Tech)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on managing multidisciplinary teams including Software Architects, System Analysts, and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) teams;
- Led multiple projects and managed a team of 10+ people;
- Deep understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, LeSS, Kanban, Waterfall);
- Experienced user of Atlassian tools;
- Experience in requirements analysis, estimation, project planning, risk, and change management;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate, and take responsibility for quick decision-making;
- Ability to work and make decisions independently;
- Knowledge of English at an intermediate level or higher;
- Understanding of software architecture, system analysis, and core SRE principles and practices, including automation, system reliability, and performance;
- Experience with infrastructure and development management tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, etc.;
- Ability to manage projects in high-load and dynamic environments.
- Experience in negotiations and stakeholder management in technically complex projects.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP), or other certifications related to PM and Agile;
- Experience in building new development teams based on Management 3.0 principles;
- Knowledge of technological trends and best practices in software development and system analysis;
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Be responsible for delivering project scope on time;
- Help the team become a high-performing unit of the Tech department through transparent processes;
- People management (1-2-1, problem-solving);
- Provide regular reports on project progress;
- Collaborate and interact with other teams within the company's ecosystem.
