- Have a Russian knowledge level not lower than B2;
- Multitask Effectively;
- Engage Proactively;
- Experienced PC user;
- Have personal equipment (Windows 10/11 PC/laptop, good internet connection).
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role;
- Familiarity with the industry.
- Advise customers on the product via incoming calls;
- Assist customers with the website (provide technical support);
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide customers with up-to-date information on current ecosystem offers/promotions.
- Constant support and assistance at all stages of work;
- A convenient work schedule (2/2, 12 hours each, most shifts will be night shifts);
