Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years' Experience: You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to excel in affiliate accounting;
- iGaming Expertise: Direct experience in the iGaming industry is essential for success in this role;
- Asian Market Savvy: A solid understanding and experience in the Asian market are critical for strategic decision-making;
- Negotiation Skills: Be a seasoned negotiator with a "win-win" mindset, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships;
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with affiliates and partners;
- Innovative Thinker: We value "outside-the-box" thinkers who can devise creative solutions to complex challenges;
- Problem Solver: Good problem-solving abilities to tackle issues head-on and find effective resolutions;
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are a must.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: Create and lead the affiliate department, setting a clear vision for success;
- Traffic Generation: Drive quality traffic to our brand through effective affiliate acquisition strategies;
- Profit & Loss: Take responsibility for the P&L related to affiliate revenues, ensuring profitability;
- Strategic Initiatives: Develop strategic initiatives for key affiliate accounts to maximize growth;
- Process Optimization: Set up relevant processes to improve efficiency, performance, and growth both within and outside the team;
- Team Management: Lead and motivate your team to achieve their full potential;
- Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking to the business to stay ahead in the industry;
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with partners, affiliates, and providers to foster strong partnerships;
- Performance Evaluation: Strategically evaluate and report on the overall operations of the affiliate department;
- Affiliate Development: Advise your team on acquiring new affiliates and maintaining current accounts;
- Partnership Expansion: Monitor, develop, and expand existing affiliate partnerships for continued growth;
- Networking: Attend relevant conferences and trade shows, building relationships with key affiliates.
