- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with organizing events in Kazakhstan.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with artists, venues, contractors, event agencies, and other service providers.
- Experience in developing merchandise products and working with vendors.
- Proficiency in writing clear technical specifications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in iGaming sphere.
- Generate ideas for future events;
- Manage and coordinate the organizing of internal events in the company’s KZ office;
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with event vendors, including venues, catering services, audiovisual providers, and other suppliers;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine event objectives, themes, and content;
- Coordinate and conduct the company’s participation in industry events and other marketing activities around the world;
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines;
- Generate ideas and manage the whole process of producing merchandise products for external events;
- Manage and implement media strategy for each event (internet promotion, video/photo sessions, interviews, articles in conference magazines);
- Accompany delegates before, during, and after the conference;
- Provide printing materials and business cards for the team and delegates;
- Develop event merchandise products for partners and handle congratulatory messages on behalf of the company;
- Oversee logistics, including event timelines, transportation, accommodations, and on-site coordination;
