- Special professional education as a coach.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in training program development.
- Deep understanding of group dynamics and the Kolb cycle methodology.
- Proficient in English (B1 level or higher).
- Knowledge of L&D trends and LMS usage.
- Training and development of line personnel and entry-level managers.
- Interaction with department heads and HR personnel to create competency maps for entry-level managers.
- Development, implementation, and quality monitoring of training programs for entry-level managers.
- Reporting on the implementation and effectiveness of training and development programs for entry-level managers.
- Seeking new methods and tools to improve the qualifications of entry-level managers.
