Marina Ilina was included in the Forbes Cyprus 20 Women in Tech Awards list

On 8 December, the 20 Women in Tech Awards ceremony was held at The Future of Fintech Summit, organized for the first time by Forbes Cyprus. Marina Ilina, CEO of PIN-UP Global, was among the winners.

The event was held to emphasize women’s contribution to technology development, highlight their achievements, and introduce career prospects in the tech industry to those just starting on a similar path.

Among the 20 Women in Tech Awards, participants are female executives of companies and technical departments in various fields: HR, Gamedev, Fintech, Adtech, Fashion, Femtech, Real Estate, and others.

“Technological progress precisely does not stop because we do not stop. Therefore, I advise everyone who wants to connect their work with technology to build expertise, fill gaps in time, be honest with themselves, and not be afraid of failure. The only right decision on the chosen path is to work hard and change the world of technology,” commented Marina Ilina.

For the 20 Women in Tech Awards, a special print issue of Forbes Cyprus was published with all the winners’ stories. Also, during The Future of Fintech Summit event, Marina Ilina gave a unique interview where she shared her plans for the new direction of PIN-UP.INVESTMENTS and PIN-UP’s goals for 2024.
