Problem Manager
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes
Understanding of the fundamental principles of incident, problem and change management
Experience with monitoring and incident management systems
Knowledge of the basics of network technologies, the basics of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
Experience with task management tools (e.g. JIRA)
Ability to write incident and problem reports
Documentation and procedure writing skills
ITIL certification
Excellent verbal and written communication UA+RU
Ability to explain technical problems to non-technical users
Ability to critically evaluate situations and find effective solutions.
Proactive approach to troubleshooting
Ability to work in a team and coordinate the activities of different departments, to build and maintain positive relationships
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emerging problems.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Focus on the needs of users and clients (within the Company)
Categorize post incident problems based on their impact and urgency
Prioritize problems to address critical issues first
Join Sprint Planning to address post incident problems to relevant teams
Develop and implement solutions to resolve the identified problems
Work with relevant teams to address the issue and prevent recurrence
Coordinate with teams to implement changes that address the root cause
Document all problem management activities, including incident reports, root cause analysis findings, and solutions implemented
Continuously review and improve problem management processes
Keep stakeholders informed about the status of ongoing problems and resolutions
