- In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry, market trends, competitive landscape, and cross-market differences;
- Deep knowledge of iGaming b2b & b2c products;
- Proven track record of leadership and business development skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations;
- Knowledge of betting/gaming legal rules and guidelines;
- Highly organized and commercial thinking;
- Strong self-motivation, autonomy, and passion for forward-thinking, with a strong drive to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong business acumen and negotiating skills;
- Fluent English.
- MBA degree;
- M&A previous experience.
- Oversee and manage the iGaming portfolio, ensuring alignment with the fund’s strategy, financial, and business goals;
- Evaluate the business models, technology, and management teams of potential startups and growth companies;
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market analysis, financial evaluation, and risk assessment;
- Structure, negotiate, and execute iGaming investment deals, including terms sheets, contracts, and exit strategies;
- Work with legal and financial departments to ensure all transactions comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements;
- Develop and implement investment strategies to optimize returns and strategic value from the portfolio;
- Provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies, leveraging PIN-UP resources and networks;
- Facilitate partnerships, collaborations, and business development opportunities between portfolio companies and PIN-UP;
- Stay updated on iGaming market trends, emerging technologies, and iGaming industry developments relevant to PIN-UP Investment venture capital strategy;
- Identify new investment opportunities and sectors that align with the PIN-UP strategic goals;
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including corporate executives, business units, and finance teams;
- Engage with external stakeholders, such as co-investors, industry experts, and startup ecosystems;
- Participation in exhibitions, conferences, and professional communities for market promotion of the fund and maintaining a stable flow of incoming projects.
