- Domains Reputation Management: Monitor and enhance the reputation of our domains to maintain high deliverability rates and avoid blacklisting;
- Transactional Emails Deliverability Management: Ensure optimal deliverability of transactional emails through regular audits, configurations, and adjustments;
- Partnership Management: Communicate and negotiate with external partners providing SMS delivery services to enhance our outreach capabilities;
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks associated with our outbound communication admin panel, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
