- A higher education degree (any field of study is acceptable).
- Proven experience as a team lead/ PM preferably in contact centers, call centers, customer support, or sales.
- Experience managing multicultural teams across various locations and time zones.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English at a B2 (upper-intermediate) level or above.
- Experience in organizing team workflows, performance tracking, and ensuring efficient collaboration.
- Ability to create and maintain reporting systems, including data analysis for team performance and operational improvements.
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring KPIs and driving strategic decisions.
- Lead and develop the team of trainers, including task planning, motivation, training, and professional development.
- Plan and coordinate training projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Work closely with support line managers and key stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis within the business unit (hard skills).
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve them.
- Foster a culture of continuous and motivate employees to engage in self-development and professional growth.
- Identify and implement new approaches and technologies in and development.
