- Higher education degree (field of study is flexible).
- Experience in training roles, particularly as a trainer or team lead within contact centers, call centers, customer support, or sales functions.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing professional training programs (e-learning courses, blended programs, etc.).
- Experience managing multicultural teams in different locations and time zones.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., Kolb's cycle).
- Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness and customizing training programs.
- Experience with modern training technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of group dynamics principles.
- Proficiency in English at B2 (up-intermediate) level or higher.
- Lead and develop the team of trainers, including task planning, motivation, training, and professional development.
- Plan and coordinate training projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Work closely with support line managers and key stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis within the business unit (hard skills).
- Develop and implement innovative training programs for newcomers and current employees.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve them.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and motivate employees to engage in self-development and professional growth.
- Identify and implement new approaches and technologies in learning and development.
