- Proven experience in writing user and/or technical documentation
- Ability to describe complex product functionality in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Ukrainian
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to content creation
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g. product, HR, tech)
- Strong self-organization and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working with HR-related systems (HRMS, ATS, LMS, etc.)
- Experience in video creation for feature explainers or product promotion
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence, JIRA, Figma
- Basic understanding of UX writing or interface content creation
- Experience in manual testing/QA or business analysis
- Background in HR Tech, CRM, LMS or a related field
- Users Training/ presentation skills
- Curiosity and willingness to dive into product functionality
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to introduce modern content practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Ownership mindset and strong sense of responsibility
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Adaptability and readiness to handle changing priorities
- Create and maintain user and technical documentation for HR.Tech products (HRMS, ATS, LMS, team platforms)
- Collaborate with HR and development teams to gather input and validate documentation
- Write clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences
- Structure content logically and ensure easy navigation
- Keep documentation up-to-date and relevant on internal platforms
- Translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
- Create short video tutorials or promo videos to support feature onboarding
- Support internal users by providing links or materials as needed
- Provide Demo/Training for Users (optional)
- Basic knowledge and understanding of HRMS (Human Resource Management System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System) systems, LMS (learning management systems)
- Confluence, JIRA, Google Docs (or similar)
- Slack (or similar)
- Loom, Canva, Figma (or similar)
