- At least 1 year of experience in the QC department;
- At least 6 months of team management experience;
- Mandatory experience in the Sales or VIP direction: either in quality control or as a sales or retention agent;
- Fluency in Russian, and English;
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data;
- Proficiency in office programs (CRMs, evaluation tools, MS Office, Google Docs);
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;
- Systematic thinking and the ability to make well-reasoned decisions;
- Result-oriented and constantly improving processes.
- Spanish language skills will be plus (level B1+).
- Managing the QC Sales team: task distribution, KPI control, motivation, and employee development;
- Quality control of Sales and VIP department agents' work.;
- Ensuring a unified approach to quality assessment and objectivity of assessments’ results;
- Identifying team growth areas and developing recommendations to improve customer service and sales quality;
- Providing constructive feedback to specialists and management;
- Analyzing verification data, preparing reports and analytics on work quality;
- Interacting with other departments to improve processes and increase business efficiency;
- Monitoring and adapting team’s processes to changes in business requirements and needs.
