- Minimum 3 years of experience in the gambling/betting industry;
- Minimum 1 year of experience on a leadership position
- Understanding of the igaming industry, various traffic sources and key players;
- Ability to analyse advertising campaigns based on key metrics;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Proficiency in English at least at the intermediate level;
- Ability to travel frequently
- Experience of working on the product;
- Track record of working efficiently at industry events;
- Knowledge of the CIS, Latin American, and Asian markets;
- Experience in setting and implementation of the processes.

- Managing a team of sales managers, setting tasks, controlling the fulfilment of KPI;
- Active sales at offline events conferences/meetups/meetings;
- Deal closing and transfering active webmasters to the affiliate department;
- Reporting;
- Recruitment and training of team members;
- Planning and implementation of personal goals for each employee in the unit.
