Talent Sourcer
- 3+ years of experience as a Sourcer/Researcher or similar role;
- Experience with tech vacancies;
- Understanding of candidate sourcing principles and recruitment process, job market trends;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment & big team, and on multiple vacancies simultaneously;
- Attention to details, communication and time-management skills;
- Result orientation and desire to learn;
- Spoken Russian, Ukrainian, B1+ level of English
- Development of a sourcing strategy for finding candidates in new locations.
- Searching for passive candidates for tech positions using various sources, contacting potential candidates through different channels.
- Coordinate vacancy postings via different job boards.
- Creating talent pipelines for future needs.
- Maintaining of talent database review applicants from corporate job site and other postings, including talent pool applicants, keeping information up to date;
- Work with recruitment tools (Jira, ATS).
- Cooperate with Recruiters to build a correct sourcing strategy for finding candidates.
- Scheduling an all initial interview with external candidates for recruiters.
- Development of professional networks, promotion of the company's brand, and analysis of market information.
- Keeping track of sourcing metrics and reporting on progress.
- Conducting an initial interview for candidates up to Middle level if necessary.
