- Competent written language skills in Russian, Ukrainian and English (basic level).
- Experience in technical support for at least 1 year.
- Understanding of SLO/SLA/SLI terms.
- Availability of a workplace with high quality internet connection.
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Grafana will be an advantage.
- Fast typing speed.
- Attentiveness and proactivity.
- A relaxed attitude towards the gambling/ betting industry as the project is related to this topic.
- Experience in writing documentation and requirements will be a plus.

- Daily monitoring and testing to identify and analyze problem cases.
- Compilation and provision of necessary reports on the operation of the service.
- Development of a plan for automating routine service tasks.
- Creation of SLO proposals for service tasks.
