- Gambling experience is mandatory;
- Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;
- Analytical mindset, ability to calculate the economics of promos as well as analyze the results;
- Experience with client segmentation;
- Strong English skills, with ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks;
- Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;
- Knowledge of marketing metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.;
- Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Voluum, Power BI, Google Data Studio.
- Experience working with LatAm geos;
- Knowledge of the main providers and manufacturers of games and slots;
- Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods.
- Attention to detail;
- Autonomy and proactivity in work;
- Creativity;
- Openness and directness in communication.
- Monthly planning of marketing activities to retain and return players;
- Creation of communication plans via multiple channels (onsite/offsite);
- Forming logic and participating in launches of trigger chains;
- Setting tasks for cross-functional departments;
- Calculation of predictions with further analytics of held actions;
- Communication with the team to develop a general strategy.
