- Experience in team management (minimum 2 years) in a contact center;
- Deep understanding of key metrics in sales and customer service (chats, calls);
- Skills in working with analytical tools;
- Ability to analyze key indicators and develop improvement plans;
- Experience in optimizing internal processes;
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities;
- Time management skills and multitasking abilities;
- Conversational English, Spanish, and Ukrainian/Russian.
Knowledge gaming/gambling and/or forex industries .
- Monitoring the operational activities of the VIP segment in LATAM;
- Managing resources, hiring processes, onboarding, and offboarding;
- Supervising team leaders, setting tasks, and monitoring their execution;
- Monitoring financial and operational metrics
- Interacting with related departments, analyzing, and improving processes;
- Daily review of key performance indicators and working on improving team results.
