Project Manager
- Take ownership of assigned project(s) and ensure their successful delivery.
- Lead projects through all phases, including scoping, requirements definition, estimation, planning, implementation, monitoring, controlling and closure/transition to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and execute detailed project roadmaps and plans.
- Coordinate internal and external resources and stakeholders to maintain adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and consistent updates per agreed standards.
- Lead and support the project team to achieve maximum performance by providing clear direction, guidance, and motivation.
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor project resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize project deliverables.
- Facilitate project-related meetings/events and proactively escalate issues to address roadblocks or mitigate risks.
- Deliver project outcome reports under established standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation per agreed standards.
- Contribute to PMO initiatives as required.
Professional Certifications (in priority order): PMP, PMI-ACP, CAMP, or others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT outsourcing and product companies.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering at least one project from initiation to closure.
- Solid experience in project estimation, planning, and closure/transition.
- Strong experience in RAID and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence).
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
