- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Waterfall).
- Basic understanding of marketing processes.
- Proficient user of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience in requirements analysis, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate.
- Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- English language proficiency not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
- Experience working with marketing teams or projects.
- Experience in the betting industry.
