- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager/ Product Owner +2 years.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the formation of a product roadmap and align it with the product vision.
- Strong understanding of backlog prioritization techniques.
- Strong skills in gathering and documenting user and business requirements.
- Experience in breaking down requirements into epics and well-defined user stories.

- CSPO or PSPO certification is essential.

- Effectively manage and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including HR, Learning & Development teams, employees, and leadership, ensuring their expectations are understood and managed.
- Utilize various prioritization techniques to effectively prioritize epics and user stories, ensuring the team focuses on the most impactful work.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Conduct user research activities (e.g., interviews, usability testing) to gain deep insights into user behaviors.
- Develop and maintain user personas and segment users into relevant groups to better understand their specific needs.
