People Partner
Requirements:
– At least 3 years of experience in HR;
– Proven expertise in (call centers, distribution, sales agents, etc.) is an advantage;
– Proven expertise in change management and facilitating smooth employee adaptation to new processes;
– Ability to analyze workforce trends, identify root causes of attrition, and implement effective retention strategies;
– Strong competency in conducting one-on-one meetings, diagnosing workplace challenges, and providing strategic recommendations;
– Experience in designing and leading Performance Reviews, along with developing structured employee growth plans;
– Ability to advise and support managers in team leadership, talent management, and organizational development;
– Excellent analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in HR systems and tools.
Responsibilities:
Change Management:
– Drive the successful implementation of new HR processes within the assigned business unit;
– Provide ongoing support to employees and managers during periods of change, reducing resistance and ensuring a smooth transition;
Onboarding & Integration:
– Ensure new hires go through a structured and high-quality onboarding process;
– Continuously enhance the onboarding experience based on feedback and performance insights;
Employee Retention & Turnover Management:
– Develop and implement strategic initiatives to reduce attrition within the business unit;
– Contribute to the design and execution of retention and employee development programs to boost engagement and performance;
One-on-One Engagement:
– Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees to proactively identify risks and challenges;
– Provide actionable recommendations to optimize workflows and collaborate with managers to implement improvements;
HR Operations & Process Administration:
– Ensure the accurate and timely execution of all HR operational tasks in Jira, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding;
– Maintain up-to-date HR analytics on key metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership.
