* 3+ years of experience in IT HR (employee adaptation, engagement, retention, offboarding).
* English: Intermediate (B1) or preferably Upper-Intermediate (B2).
* Proven experience in organizing and implementing HR processes.
* Strong expertise in employer branding initiatives.
* Experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and action planning.
* Ability to build and maintain effective internal communication channels.
- Employee Experience & Engagement:
- * Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and employer brand.
- * Organize team-building activities, workshops, and internal events.
- * Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on results.
- * Provide support and consulting for managers on people management and retention strategies.
- HR Operations & Process Automation:
- * Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention, offboarding).
- * Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- * Optimize and automate HR processes to improve efficiency.
- * Maintain HR documentation and reports with high accuracy.
- International Employee Support:
- * Provide HR support to foreign employees, ensuring smooth integration.
- * Assist with work permits, relocation, and adaptation processes.
