People Partner
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience with mass positions (call centers, distribution, sales agents, etc. — will be an advantage).
Experience in implementing changes and supporting employees in adapting to new processes.
Ability to analyze staff turnover causes and develop programs to reduce it.
Skills in conducting one-to-one meetings, identifying issues, and developing recommendations.
Experience in organizing and conducting Performance Reviews, as well as creating employee development plans.
Ability to support managers in team management and talent development.
Strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of HR systems.

Ability to understand employees' needs and moods, support them, and build trusting relationships.

Capability to clearly and diplomatically convey information, find an approach to different personality types, and avoid misunderstandings.

Continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and results.
Employee Retention:
Develop and propose measures to reduce employee turnover within the assigned business unit.
Participate in the creation and implementation of employee retention and development programs to enhance satisfaction and productivity.
One-to-One Meetings:
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with employees to identify potential risks and issues at early stages.
Develop concrete recommendations for improving work processes and implement them in collaboration with managers.
