• Has experience with Google tools such as Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc;

- Organization and execution of high-quality onboarding processes for new employees, providing support at all stages.
- Analysis of employee turnover reasons and offering suggestions to reduce it.
- Participation in the development and implementation of employee retention and development programs.
- Regular one-to-one meetings with employees to identify issues and risks at an early stage, as well as discussing their job satisfaction.
- Drawing conclusions from meeting results and developing specific recommendations to address identified issues and improve work processes.
- Collaboration with managers to implement suggestions and recommendations.
- Organization and execution of employee performance evaluation processes (Performance Review) for administrative staff.
- Consulting managers on team management, discipline, and motivation based on performance evaluation results.
- Managing operational tasks in Jira (hiring/onboarding/transfers/offboarding).
- Maintaining reporting and analytics on key HR metrics.
