- Higher education in HR, psychology, management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or related areas.
- Proven experience in organizing and coordinating internal events, including market analysis of vendors and contractor management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on event effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues of different temperaments.
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- Confident use of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
- Willingness to work 100% on-site at our office in Jaipur, India.
- Support and develop company employees through regular HR consultations and ecosystem process guidance.
- Organize and coordinate internal events aimed at team bonding and celebrating key achievements, including managing external vendors and contractors.
- Analyze the vendor market for event organization, evaluate and monitor the quality of their work.
- Collaborate with leaders to create favorable working conditions, maintain motivation, and improve team performance.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
- Participate in promoting the company’s internal and external brand, showcasing what makes PIN-UP a unique and great place to work.
