We expect the operator to have their own set of standard equipment (camera, 2 loop microphones, tripod, stabiliser). If you do not have the necessary equipment, we are willing to provide it.
The job involves a flexible schedule with the possibility of both day and night shoots.
- Communicative and open-minded: Ability to easily find common ground with different types of people;
- Restraint: Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and effectively solve problems;
- Teamwork: Ability to work in a team, interact effectively with colleagues and share experience.
- Pre-production work: Making a video shooting plan, analysing the location and the event to create a visual concept;
- Video shooting: Shooting different types of content (interviews, reviews, image clips, adverts), lasting from 3 to 12 hours;
- Set-up and adjustment of shooting equipment: Work with camera, loop microphones, tripod, stabiliser and lighting equipment;
- Working with light: Arranging and setting up lighting equipment for optimal lighting of the shot;
- Sound work: Ensuring quality sound recording during shooting;
- Night shooting: Shooting in low-light conditions using appropriate equipment;
- Liaising with the editor: Liaising with the editing team to ensure that the footage matches the end result exactly;
- Working with color checker: Participate in the color correction process to achieve the desired visual style.
