Responsibilities
  • A full cycle of preparing merch for events, company stands for international exhibitions in the field of IGaming (conferences, exhibitions, etc.);
  • Creation and planning of production by the requirements and tasks (conferences, exhibitions, meetups, image parties, etc.);
  • Planning merchandise “in theory” (proposals for concepts, creation of catalogs);
  • Maintaining a database of contractors, creating briefs, agreeing on the terms of interaction with contractors;
  • Merch logistics
  • Control of the availability of finished products, shipment, and dispatch to events;
  • Preparation of budgets and estimates, monitoring compliance;
  • Monitoring and analysis of the market, novelties, trends in the sphere, and proposal of new concepts based on them;
  • Collection and processing of artifacts based on the event's results ("work on the bugs").

      Our servers are located in Hong Kong. These clauses require all recipients to protect all personal information that they process originating from the EEA or UK in accordance with European data protection laws and regulations. We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third-party service providers and partners and further details can be provided upon request.

      9. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

      In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

      We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.

      When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

      13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

      14. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

      In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

      California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.       If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services.
