At least 2 years of experience as a project manager Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Waterfall);
• Basic understanding of marketing processes;
• Proficient user of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Experience in requirements analysis, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate;
• Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions;
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
• English language proficiency not lower than Intermediate.

- Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
- Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations of the Direct Manager, and effectively handling group discussions and conflicts;
- Driving initiatives forward by making timely decisions and ensuring execution of action points in a high-paced environment;
- Navigating dynamic market conditions with resilience, maintaining self-control under pressure, and continuously learning;
- Delivering clear, persuasive presentations with strong content structuring, visual support, and engagement techniques;
- Enhancing team performance through mentoring, coaching, and fostering engagement within cross-functional teams;
- Effectively prioritizing tasks, managing workload, and maintaining efficiency while collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
- Oversee the implementation of tasks and delegate responsibilities across the department;
- Assume responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed promptly within the specified domain;
- Evaluate the results of tasks to verify their efficacy;
- Serve as a bridge between various team members;
- Improve procedures to maximize team productivity;
- Foster cooperation and interaction with other teams within the department.
