- Experience in IT companies / with IT teams in the field of employee training and development for at least 2 years as a training specialist/manager or project manager.
- Experience in developing and creating technical training content for various IT teams from scratch (guides, checklists, onboarding flows, development plans, and guides for studying highly specialized topics for development and testing teams).
- Experience in creating competency matrices and defining the necessary resources for achieving them for technical job profiles (IT).
- Experience in conducting assessments (certifications) based on professional competency matrices for IT teams.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and project management in general.
- Skills in facilitation and moderation of group discussions (meetings, retrospectives, town halls, etc.).
- Knowledge of the educational services market for IT professionals of various profiles (conferences, training sessions, modular programs, etc.).
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, listening) at level B1 or above.
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Analyze the training and development needs of employees/teams in the TECH segment.
- Propose optimal solutions to meet the training needs of internal clients.
- Assist in developing and reviewing professional competency matrices for roles and seniority levels within TECH divisions.
- Participate in the development of professional training programs and courses for the TECH segment.
- Ensure the search (if necessary) and evaluation of the quality of external training according to requests from TECH employees.
- Provide consulting and methodological support to employees and managers in the TECH segment on training and development issues.
- Ensure methodological support for the process and activities of knowledge sharing in TECH.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and L&D tasks within the scope of competence.
