- Higher education in the field of law;
- Experience in leadership positions in labor law, preferably in an international company;
- Knowledge of labor legislation, occupational safety regulations, and legal aspects of B2B contracts in Cyprus, Poland, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Peru, India, and other Latin American countries;
- Experience in developing and implementing internal local regulations and procedures to ensure compliance with labor legislation;
- Ability to establish effective collaboration between legal, HR, and operational departments;
- Experience in managing a team of lawyers and developing long-term legal strategies;
- English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Experience working in an international corporation or holding company with representations in multiple countries;
- Knowledge of additional languages (Polish, Spanish) will be an advantage;
- Experience in handling labor disputes and collective agreements.
- Management of legal aspects of labor relations at the holding level across various jurisdictions (Cyprus, Poland, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and others), including compliance with labor law requirements and B2B contracts;
- Assessment, monitoring, and compliance with legal regulations and requirements in each jurisdiction regarding labor law, including occupational safety, employer obligations, and employee rights;
- Development and implementation of new local regulations and policies governing labor relations, including the creation of internal documentation for all business structures within the holding to ensure compliance with national and international standards;
- Building and leading a team of lawyers providing legal support on labor-related matters across the holding’s companies, as well as managing the team's workflows;
- Close collaboration with the HR department to develop effective and legally sound procedures for recruitment, employment contracts, and labor dispute resolution;
- Organizing the recruitment process to attract qualified professionals for key positions in the holding, considering the legal requirements of each jurisdiction;
- Advising and supporting HR and managers on labor disputes, contracts, disciplinary procedures, and dismissals;
- Developing a training program for HR and line managers on current labor law issues and best practices for workplace safety.
