- A degree in Education/ Linguistics/ English, TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (or equivalent);
- Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience;
- Experience as a Head Teacher, Methodologist in corporate language training or language schools is highly desirable;
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel;
- Mandatory knowledge of the Russian or Ukrainian language.
- Design and develop English language training courses/workshops tailored to the needs of various departments;
- Create and update language training materials;
- Implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes;
- Coordinate with language instructors to deliver high-quality language classes/workshops;
- Manage the logistics of the courses;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and makenecessary adjustmen ts (including classes/workshop observation and regular feedback delivery);
- Conduct regular evaluations of the training programs and provide feedback to participants, including language instructors and stakeholders;
- Analyze training data and prepare reports for management.
- Program design and development (tailored English courses for ecosystem employees globally)
- Manage enrollment in training programs, including processing registrations, organizing placement tests, correct distribution into groups, and ensuring that course prerequisites are met
- Develop and manage a schedule of English language courses and other training programs for employees, taking into account employee needs and availability
- Coordinate with managers and instructors to ensure that course content is appropriate for the company goals and needs of employees
- Monitor employee progress in courses and provide support as needed to ensure that they are meeting learning objectives
- Collect participants’ feedback and suggestions on a regular basis and incorporate these into the planning and implementation process
- Maintain accurate records of course enrollment, progress, and completion
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor course evaluation processes and develop evaluation reports, in collaboration with teaching staff
- Serve as a regular point of contact, promote learning opportunities to employees and encourage participation
- Provide professional support and assistance to teachers and staff and ensure the overall quality of learning
