- Basic knowledge of graphic design: composition, typography, colors;
- You know how to manage your time, focus, and prioritize based on business goals;
- You have moderate impostor syndrome, which helps you constantly analyze and improve your work.
- Experience in iGaming;
- English B2 for speaking and writing;
- Skill in Photoshop / Figma;
- Rap and breakdancing skills.

- Develop and execute a social media content plan aligned with the SMM strategy and overall marketing goals;
- Filling out calendar&trends, helping with local content and matches;
- Creating content in adherence to the SMM strategy;
- Creating tasks in Jira for Design for local and shared content, memes, news and reels;
- Creating copy for the posts;
- Ensuring high quality (relevance, expertise, company tone of voice, high-quality creative visuals) and timeliness;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, including those specific to the gambling and betting industry;
- Conduct analytics and research on content, algorithms, game mechanics, social media metrics, competitor data, and ad campaigns to improve efficiency;
- Prepare detailed reports based on findings and performance assessments;
- Follow Uzbek news, sports, events, starts, esports;
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by demonstrating respect, empathy, and open communication.
