- Proficiency in HR analytics and process automation.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English communication (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Provide comprehensive HR support across the organization, ensuring seamless execution of all HR functions.
- Develop and implement innovative initiatives to strengthen the employer brand and enhance corporate culture.
- Design, implement, and update company policies and procedures in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor employee satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback mechanisms, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
- Offer strategic guidance to managers on effective people management practices and HR-related matters.
- Drive automation of HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operational workflows.
- Collaborate with international employees to address specific needs and ensure smooth organizational integration.
- Prepare and maintain detailed HR reports, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate internal events, including team-building activities, workshops, and initiatives to improve team cohesion and engagement.
- Oversee onboarding, terminations, and workplace climate in the Cyprus office, ensuring high-quality HR processes.
- Coordinate corporate events, resolve conflicts, and monitor employee needs to optimize the full HR service cycle.
