- At least 3 years experience in B2B sales in SaaS or tech;
- At least 1 year experience in managing sales team;
- Proven track of records in successful B2B sales deals;
- Experience in B2B sales with iGaming/Fintech industry;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Strong understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and business development strategies.
- Have deep knowledge of anti-fraud systems;
- List of potential clients or good network of contacts within target industries.
- High level of organization and attention to detail;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- The capacity to operate independently as well as a positive attitude toward collaboration;
- High level of business communication;
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving efficiency and cross-functional alignment;
- Create sales strategies, market expansion plans;
- Establish strategic partnerships with customers to increase revenue, identify their needs and opportunities for product development;
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and capitalize on new opportunities;
- Maintain active team management by setting clear goals, providing development opportunities, monitoring and analyzing team KPIs;
- Represent Frogo in contacts with target audience on conferences and events.
