Financial Director

The Finance Director will oversee the financial operations of fund and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting and managerial reporting standards. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
The Finance Director will lead a financial part of the fund’s M&A activity.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven leadership skills;
• Proven experience in consolidation;
• Proven experience in implementation of accounting software and subsidiaries accounting standardization;
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations;
• Strong knowledge of international tax regulations;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Fluent English (C1 minimum).

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports including Fund’s subsidiaries consolidation;

  • Internal Controls: Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations;
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability;
  • Cost Management: Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency;
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant financial regulations and standards;
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business and M&A decisions and provide strategic recommendations;
  • System Implementation: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems to improve reporting and analysis.

        Our servers are located in Hong Kong.         In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

        We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.

        When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

        13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

        14. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

        In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

        California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.         If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services.
