Financial Director
The Finance Director will oversee the financial operations of fund and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting and managerial reporting standards. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
The Finance Director will lead a financial part of the fund’s M&A activity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven leadership skills;
• Proven experience in consolidation;
• Proven experience in implementation of accounting software and subsidiaries accounting standardization;
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations;
• Strong knowledge of international tax regulations;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Fluent English (C1 minimum).

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports including Fund’s subsidiaries consolidation;
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide forecasts to support strategic planning;
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations;
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability;
- Cost Management: Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency;
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant financial regulations and standards;
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business and M&A decisions and provide strategic recommendations;
- System Implementation: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems to improve reporting and analysis.
