- Experience in financial analysis, payroll calculation, compensation, and benefits;
- Knowledge of HR processes;
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and accounting software (1C ERP);
- Strong data analysis and database management skills;
- Experience working with large volumes of information;
- Proficient in task management tools (Jira, CRM systems).
- Experience in process automation;
- Strong communication skills;
- Proficient in English (B2 level and above).
- Interaction with employees and the HR team regarding payroll and compensation matters;
- Working with large volumes of data, including processing and analysis;
- Maintaining and monitoring databases, preparing reports and analytical summaries;
- Using accounting software (1C ERP) for payroll accounting and documentation management;
- Creating and managing spreadsheets in Excel, analyzing data using pivot tables and formulas;
- Working with corporate tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Gmail, Jira, and other CRM systems.
