- Experience in Event Management. We expect you to have a portfolio and be ready to dive into work from day one, taking on all (or nearly all) responsibilities;
- Strong skills in organizing large-scale events and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to offer unconventional solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with partners and contractors;
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment;
- Ability to work in a team and a desire to create bright and memorable events for colleagues.
- Plan and organize offline events in the office in Cyprus;
- Develop event concepts, create preparation plans, and ensure compliance with deadlines;
- Formulate and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency;
- Source and select the best partners and suppliers based on cost, quality, and timelines for event services;
- Negotiate with contractors and partners, securing favorable terms;
- Handle financial settlements with contractors within the approved budget;
- Coordinate the work of technical specialists, decorators, catering providers, hosts, and other vendors;
- Collaborate with Design and R&D departments on event-related tasks;
- Ensure adherence to brand book standards across all events;
- Supervise event execution and resolve any operational issues on-site;
- Prepare detailed post-event reports, including financial summaries and performance evaluations;
- Stay up-to-date with event industry trends, innovations, and leading agencies;
- Maintain communication with internal teams and stakeholders throughout all stages of event preparation and execution.
