- Organise offline events in KZ CS;
- Coordinate with Design and R&D departments on event-related tasks;
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage vendor relationships, including venues, catering, audiovisual providers, and other suppliers;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event objectives, themes, and content;
- Implement brand book standards across events;
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines;
- Oversee relationships with event agencies, evaluating their performance and collaboration;
- Source the best partners based on cost, quality, and timelines for event services;
- Create and execute event concepts, ideas, mechanics, and scenarios that align with objectives, leveraging personal experience and close collaboration with agencies;
- Evaluate event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement;
- Manage all project documentation;
- Handle financial settlements with contractors within the approved budget;
- Prepare reports on completed events;
- Managing the whole process of production of merch for the PIN-UP TEAM shop;
- Stay updated on event industry changes, leading agencies, trends, and innovations.
