Technical Support Manager
- English language proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
- 3+ years of experience as an Event Manager or Project Manager.
- Proficient PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, documents, presentations) – mandatory.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience in organizing online and offline events.
- Experience in developing and building booths worldwide custom booths ranging from 20 to 200 sq.m.
- Understanding of basic marketing principles.
- Successful case studies with various budgets.
- Experience working in a team and understanding team dynamics.
- Knowledge of graphic design software will be an advantage.
- Experience in affiliate marketing will be an advantage.
- Having a network of contractors worldwide.
Planning and organizing technical support for events:
– Determination of technical requirements and specifications for each event.
– Development and management of technical plans, including audiovisual equipment, lighting, sound, video broadcasts and IT infrastructure, implementation of new technologies to improve processes and analytics
Technical personnel management:
– Coordination of the work of contractors, their teams of technical specialists, including sound engineers, lighting engineers, engineers and IT specialists.
Interaction with suppliers and partners:
– Negotiating and concluding contracts with suppliers of technical equipment and services.
– Control of supplies, installation and dismantling of equipment.
Providing on-site technical support:
– Installation and dismantling of event sites (stands, parties)
– Monitoring and control of the operation of technical equipment during events.
– Ensuring prompt resolution of technical problems and on-site problem solving.
Testing and setting up equipment:
– Conducting preliminary testing and setting up technical equipment before events.
– Checking and quality control of audio, video and lighting effects.
Innovation and implementation of new technologies:
– Research and implementation of new technologies and equipment to improve the quality of events.
– Ensuring that events comply with modern technical standards and trends.
Security:
– Monitoring compliance with all safety standards and regulations when using technical equipment.
– Development and implementation of safety protocols for technical personnel and equipment.
Analysis and reporting:
– Collect and analyze event technical support data to improve future events.
– Preparation of reports and recommendations to improve the technical component of events.
Budgeting and cost control:
– Development and management of budgets for technical support of events.
– Cost control and optimization of costs for technical needs.
