- 3+ years working on simple position
- Experience in working with projects to build from scratch and develop HR-brand;
- Have successful experience in building a brand for middle-, senior, C-lvl specialists;
- able to plan work and analyze results based on data.
- Development and implementation of the Employer Brand strategy (internal and external);
- Participation in the development, updating, and implementation of other projects to develop the PIN-UP Global employer brand (including the formation of a team of brand ambassadors);
- Work on the creation and implementation of EVP (Employee value proposition)
- Analyze the market, competitors, and general trends;
- Analysis of candidate attraction channels and existing recruitment sources, development of proposals for their optimization and automation;
- Preparation of content and speakers for speeches at HR events;
- Conduct employer brand research, analyze and use the results in practice.
- Implementing an internal communication strategy, developing and implementing projects aimed at increasing employee awareness, engagement, loyalty, and motivation.
- Implement joint projects with HR, marketing, and recruiting departments;
