- Profound understanding and hands-on experience in managing the full fund life cycle, encompassing search and evaluation, deal structuring, closure, and oversight of portfolio companies through to exit.
- Proven track record in establishing and nurturing relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and limited partners.
- Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and close deals, coupled with the skill to present findings effectively to Sponsors and General Partners.
- Extensive experience in managing M&A transactions and seamlessly integrating acquired companies.
- Experience in advising top management/founders of portfolio companies, providing support in strategy formulation, operational development, and recruitment.
- Strong management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Successful entrepreneurial experience is considered a valuable asset.
- A minimum of 3 years in a managerial position focused on investments in IT, banking, or related sectors.
- Advanced English skills, both orally and in written communication.
- Organize and oversee all aspects of the private equity fund's operations, including registration, contractual relations, reporting, and day-to-day management.
- Develop and execute the investment fund's operating strategy within the iGaming industry, aligning with the company's overarching goals.
- Form and lead the investment team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with the fund's strategic objectives.
- Lead the closing process and seamlessly integrate portfolio companies into the fund's operations.
- Drive marketing and public relations initiatives for the fund, enhancing its visibility and reputation within the industry.
- Coordinate the activities of the Investment Committee, overseeing potential transactions, monitoring implementation timelines, and analyzing the efficiency of portfolio companies.
- Act as a representative of PIN-UP Investment, cultivating positive relationships with external stakeholders, industry partners, and relevant entities.
