- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SMM, PR, or Community Manager, preferably in the iGaming industry;
- Solid understanding of the iGaming or IT landscape, including key competitors and major industry events;
- Hands-on experience moderating and managing incoming messages on Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, and LinkedIn;
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and basic visual editing tools;
- Proven track record of launching successful social media activations aimed at attracting and engaging audiences;
- Strong skills in marketing analysis of content, community performance, and competitor activity;
- Excellent written English skills.
- Ability to generate original ideas for content, communication formats, and advertising campaigns;
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with both the social media audience and internal team, ensuring clear messaging and feedback exchange;
- Willingness to quickly adjust to changing tasks, trends, platforms, and social media algorithms;
- Ability to plan workflow efficiently and meet deadlines for task execution and delivery;
- A proactive attitude toward learning and professional growth, including mastering new tools and approaches.
- Moderation of incoming messages (comments, Direct messages) and other feedback from the social media audience;
- Regular monitoring of external brand mentions on social media, with reporting and analysis;
- Collaboration with partners, including initiating joint posts and other co-branded activities;
- Building and nurturing a brand community based on engagement and open dialogue;
- Tracking, collecting, and analyzing brand mentions across all possible sources;
- Increasing the volume of positive brand mentions online;
- Growing brand presence and reach across social media platforms;
- Conducting competitor analysis.
