- Experience working as SMM/PR/Community manager in affiliate marketing from 1 year;
- Understanding of iGaming sphere at the level of competitors,strong players of the sphere, and main events;
- Leading and managing community in Telegram and Instagram channels with 7000+ followers;
- Ability to work with media, seeding in TG, influencers and cross-promos;
- Copywriting skills: writing, editing, ability to convey a thought to the reader;
- Experience in creating successful activations in social networks aimed at attracting and engaging the audience;
- Experience working with forums;
- Developed vision and visual taste: be able to search for referrals, set clear TOR for designers and make edits, collect presentations;
- Ability to conduct marketing analyses of content, community, competitors;
- Skills in working with Google tables and documents, visual editors.
- Creativity: the ability to come up with original ideas for content, audience communication formats and advertising campaigns;
- Communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively with both the social media audience and the team to clearly communicate ideas and get feedback;
- Adaptability: the ability to quickly adapt to changes in tasks, trends, and trends;
- Willingness to quickly adapt to changes in tasks, trends, platforms and algorithms of social networks;
- Organised: Ability to plan workflow, adhere to deadlines in setting and submitting tasks;

- Study the mission, values, products of the brand to speak the same language with the audience on behalf of the company and create engaging content;
- Regular monitoring of competitor mentions, analysing their advertising placements in media;
- Collect a report and analyse every 2 weeks. Based on the report, provide a detailed report to put together a strategy to increase mentions in media;
- Handling comments, reviews and any other feedback from the audience;
- Tracking, collecting and analysing brand mentions in all possible sources;
- Increasing the number of positive mentions of the brand online;
- Increasing brand presence and reach across social media platforms;
- Developing and adhering to the company's Tone Of Voice in communications with audiences;
- Copywriting: longreads, posts, video summaries, press releases, seeding, etc;
- Setting TT for designers for static, motion and 3D creatives;
- Marketing analysis of content, community, competitors, trends;
- Participation in brainstorming sessions as part of concept creation (promotions, merchandise, events, etc.).
