- Certified coaching qualifications or specialized training.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs for managers.
- Practical experience in team management.
- Relevant higher education (preferably in pedagogy, management, psychology, or philology).
- Solid understanding of group dynamics and practical application of Kolb’s learning model.
- English proficiency at B1+ level.
- Knowledge of the latest L&D trends and experience working with LMS platforms.
Proficiency in languages: Russian, Ukrainian, and English at a level sufficient for conducting training sessions.

- Seeking new methods and tools to improve the qualifications of managers.
Knowledge of modern training methodologies and strong proficiency in technical tools for effective online learning organization.
