- Specialized professional education in business training.
- Higher education (preferably in pedagogy, management, psychology, or philology).
- At least 3 years of experience in conducting training programs.
- Specialization in sales training, customer service, and management skills for entry-level managers.
- Understanding of group dynamics and Kolb learning cycle methodology.
- Knowledge of trends in learning and development.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Presentations, etc.
- Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian (either language is acceptable).
Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
- Teamwork ability.
- Fast learner.
- Proactiveness.
- Strong self-organization.
- Conduct business training for contact center employees (across various formats and for different target audiences), with a primary focus on developing soft skills, sales skills, and management skills.
- Participate in the development of training programs (workshops, seminars, business games, etc.).
- Prepare presentations, videos, and other visual and handout materials, as well as workbooks, in accordance with corporate standards and branding guidelines.
- Regularly collaborate with team leaders and managers to gather and analyze training needs.
- Plan schedules and allocate necessary resources for all training events.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training by collecting feedback from participants and their supervisors.
- Analyze feedback results and formulate recommendations to enhance training programs and their impact on the business.
- Prepare reports for management on training plan execution, training outcomes, and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Attend product and business training sessions as required by the company.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager within the scope of training and development functions.
