Business Analyst
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and to transfer received information to the developer team;
• Ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements;
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst;
• Strong understanding of APIs, their functionality, and how they facilitate integration between different systems;
• Ability to understand data structures and map data between different systems, ensuring smooth integration;
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations;
• Possession of a structured, process- and result-oriented approach, a practical way to solve problems;
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• The flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and priorities and learn new tools and technologies.

- Interaction with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, consulting them on opportunities and risks, and user interviews.
- Analysis of the gathered requirements and expectations and creation of requirements specifications (in the form of a user story).
- Creation and maintenance of documentation (in the form of BRD) in areas of responsibility (requirements specifications, user manual, maintenance manual, etc.).
- Review and approve the user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists.
- Presentation of the user stories to the team, their clarification of incomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change as a result of discussion with the team.
- Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of responsibility. This knowledge usage to identify opportunities and threats for new requirements.
- Sharing of knowledge and information with other departments of the company for the expansion and usage of advanced approaches and technologies.
- Prototyping (mockups).
