- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Operations Specialist, Operations manager,Business Consultant,Hr-manager, or in a similar position;
- Exceptional knowledge of BPM software or any other;
- Experience in Hr-process optimisation and transformation;
- Facilitation tools skills;
- Strong analytical and data structuring skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good interpersonal and interviewing skills;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Proficiency in either Russian or Ukrainian is required.
- Develop, optimise, and automate internal hr-business processes: from as-is state analysis to to-be state description;
- Suggest innovative business and technical solutions to improve hr-operational effectiveness;
- Conduct workshops with teams to collect information and identify problems;
- Interview staff and management to determine staff performance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimise processes;
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity;
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback on process improvements;
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and continuous improvement;
- Keeping abreast of the latest business practices and technologies.
