- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or lead processing;
- Knowledge and understanding of working with CRM systems;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to quickly establish contact with clients;
- The ability to quickly navigate the offered offers;
- Organization, attentiveness, efficiency and the ability to work in multitasking conditions;
- Stress tolerance and focus on results;
- English language level B1 (medium);
- Communication with CIS clients.
- Work experience in the affiliate field;
- Knowledge of the basics of Internet marketing and digital tools;
- Experience working with clients in the B2B or B2C segments.
- Operational processing of the database of leads from various channels;
- To qualify leads, to define client's needs;
- To enter information about clients into the CRM system and maintaining up-to-date data;
- Redirection of qualified leads to appropriate sales managers;
- To maintain a high level of client service and prompt response to requests;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of various lead attraction channels and reporting;
- Support of sales managers in necessary situations.
